At ICBOO we do have our puppies socialising with young children, teens and older adults. The older dogs also assist in guiding and socialising the youngsters as they grown for they are a pack animal and they “learn best from the pack”, every canine and pup is treated as a loved, cherished, pampered companion pet.

As a ICBOO breeder I have invested, time and strong foundation in our training program - all of our puppies from age 2weeks to 8, 10 or 12weeks are trained to listen to certain curs, this is all done using positive reinforcements.

From day 3, we incorporate particular elements from puppy culture/bad ass programs. We have daily training sessions with our puppies in conjunction with ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) and ESI (Early Scent Introduction) from 2 weeks of age.

When combining the badass breeder and puppy culture programs, our precious pups become confident, well adjusted puppies.

At 49days old we complete Vollhard temperament testing to make sure each and every pup has been selected for the right adoptive home.

Crate training, short lead training sessions and toileting is continual.

Each one of ICBOO parents are Orivet DNA tested completed and I do provide electronic copies of this to the adoptive owners in their books. My Dams and Sires are professionally bouquet groomed, vet checked, vaccinated, wormed and are microchipped and registered with Pet registry - this also carries through to all litters at required Schedule times.

As a ICBOO puppy each one receives Vet health clearance check, 1st vaccinations, microchipped, wormed and each have their own vet passport before being leaving for their adopted homes.

Each adult canine has a planned Dietary care as well as their pups, portion sizes are calorie controlled from vet recommended dry foods and wet either turkey mince, beef, chicken, egg, veggies, dog gravy, rice. If they require supplements these are added to provide appropriate vitamins and minerals to complete a well balanced diet.

Whelping mothers receive satin balls, puppy yogurt treats, mothers pudding, calorie controlled high density diet to ensure her nutritional needs are meet as she does require an increase food intake and high calorie formulated meals to keep them in prime condition while lactating and whilst pregnant.

The whelping box/s are set up inside a temperature controlled nursery room in a whelping Each box has its own puppy pen surrounding it to provide privacy and security for mum & puppies. Our room has clean air purifier that is remote app response which allows us to keep close watch over mum and pups remotely via the apps.

At roughly around 4-5 weeks of age, the puppies will then transition to their own puppy pen enclosure which is an inside kennel that is 2x6m with its own crate. Inside this area has attached outdoor grass area for sensory play.

The outdoor nursery is weather and vermin proof that has been built for comfort. They get to explore, play in tunnels, soft play equipment, balls and interactive toys. We also allow them to experience a range of surfaces from granite grounds, artificial turf to roaming freely on real grass in a purpose built secured acre grounds with variety of unstable equipment to help with their sensory play dependant on weather.

Our older dogs also have their own insulated & vermin-proof enclosure with veranda. This enclosure is 6.2x6.2m open planned, elevated, has 280 degrees views of highland. It has 12 x 1m internal kennels which each house dog on their own or with a mate, it has 5x5m play area where they can interact and in winter months if they choose not to go outdoors- it also has a motion sensor heater and for the summer months cross ventilation.

Our pack, live in a group setting not separated from each other unless Dam’s are in season and require separation from Sire’s. In addition they have extended 30mx30m play fenced area which pups and older dogs under supervision can mix and socialise freely.

The outdoor fenced enclosure is where they can play with various interactive equipment, rest or have time to themselves. They are free to roam throughout the day around the secured area that is situated on acres...

Both Dams, Sires and their pups do receive lots of affection, love and care. When it comes to their health, mental wellness and development we especially take care with their sensory stimuli, daily routines, Sleeping patterns and each adult dog and pup receive ❤️ 1 on 1 attention every morning, afternoon and evening.

At ICBOO I start their training at 2 weeks of age and this is on going till the time they are adopted into their new homes.

Crate training and Toilet training is on going as they grow and training extends to good grooming manners, treat and clicker training, de-sensitisation from startling sounds, uneven grounds and other behavioural or anxiety concerns.

Very soon, we will be in our brand new purpose built facility that is 8x6.5m building with all mod cons for the dogs enjoyment plus providing ICBOO with 5star Vet rating certification for our breeding program. Along with grooming stations, neonatal unit and post/pre op care of adults and pups in sterile area, new parent owner viewing area etc.

This facility will help us to manage our pack and their litters more efficiently. The (5) Dams and pups will have separate enclosed glass bays, temperature controlled, office viewing, pup indoor play pen and additional outdoor designated nursery and kindergarten areas…

This whelping building will have all mod cons a companion pet would dream of such as music / tv / lounge and sleeping suites but the added bonus is that our adoptive parents can come and choose their pup, play and visit their selected pup at different stages of their growth cycle if they wish.

Lastly, to have our own in-house grooming, medical & neonatal, 5 star laundry and kitchen facilities which all aids the control and monitoring aspects of our breeding program plus provide everyone of our cherished canines a 5 star lifestyle.

As a breeder for me the best part is I can interact with each member of the pack individually for longer periods without weather or other elements being an issue.

Plus each pup’s adoptive owners receive a copy of the breeder contract, DNA parentage results, an information guide on the breed, a detailed daily routine schedule that includes pups likes / dislikes etc, a puppy planner and Vet passport. As well as each new owner receives a specialised adoption gift plus on call aftercare support and 6-12 week free puppy insurances if they wish.
